What your draft will be based on
We don't have access to your systems, and we don't need it for a first pass. Your draft is built from three things:
- Your documents, used as-is. Line items, quantities, specs, forms, and requirements come straight from the files you attach.
- Any pricing you include. Attach a supplier price file, rate sheet, historical quotes, or the finished quote you're comparing against, and we price from those.
- A market pricing engine for everything else. Where no pricing is included, we estimate from current market data: published list prices, catalog and distributor sources, and comparable items. Every such line comes back flagged as a market estimate with its source cited, so you can accept it, adjust it, or replace it with your real cost. Connecting your data later is what turns those estimates into your numbers.
