Quote every opportunity, not just the ones you have time for.
Cintra turns RFQs, RFPs, BOMs, and drawings into priced, submission-ready bids and quotes, so the same team can answer everything worth winning. Your costs, your rules, your approval.

01 · The problem
More opportunities shouldn't mean more manual work.
Every new opportunity creates work before it creates revenue: reading the documents, decoding what the customer actually wants, finding costs, building the estimate, applying pricing, checking requirements, assembling the response, all before the deadline.
As volume grows, estimating and quoting capacity becomes the bottleneck. Good opportunities go unanswered, rushed bids leak margin, and your best estimators spend their days on paperwork instead of judgment.
Cintra automates the work behind every bid and quote, and leaves the decisions to your team.

03 · Output sample
Every line traces to a source.
Cintra's output isn't a black box. Each line item carries the document, catalog page, or ERP record it came from, so review takes minutes instead of a full recheck.

Distributors win on speed and coverage. Cintra matches every line to your catalog and contract pricing, so quotes go out in hours and nothing worth winning sits unanswered.
Cintra reads drawings and specifications, builds material, process, labor, and lead time estimates from your shop rates and history, and drafts the quote letter with assumptions spelled out.
Cintra turns plans, specs, and addenda into organized takeoffs, estimates, and scope letters with exclusions drafted, so you bid more jobs without burning nights.
Cintra reads the solicitation, recommends bid or no-bid, builds the compliance matrix, and assembles pricing and response volumes with every requirement accounted for.
Facilities, janitorial, security, landscaping, and field services: Cintra turns site lists and scopes of work into per site labor and material estimates and a proposal ready for review.
Cintra rates customer lane files against your cost model and margin rules, handles accessorials and exceptions line by line, and returns a bid you can defend.
AI should make your team faster, not make uncontrolled commercial decisions.
Approved suppliers & equivalentsCintra only sources from your list and your substitution rules.
Margin thresholdsNothing prices below your floor. Exceptions route to a human.
Customer-specific termsContract pricing and negotiated rates applied automatically.
Estimating assumptionsProduction rates, waste factors, and markups stay yours to set.
Approval gatesNothing goes out until your team reviews and signs off.
Data boundariesYour pricing and documents stay yours, never used to train shared models.
Evidence rule
Every output includes its underlying reasoning and source evidence: the document, page, or record each number came from. If Cintra can't cite it, it flags it instead of guessing.
09 · Questions
The questions estimating managers ask first.
Do we have to replace our ERP, CRM, or estimating system?
No. Cintra works alongside what you have. It starts from exports, catalogs, spreadsheets, and email, the same inputs your team uses today, and writes its outputs back in the formats your systems and customers expect.
How does Cintra know our costs?
Onboarding builds your cost model from the sources you already trust: supplier price files, ERP item data, historical quotes, labor and freight tables. Where an input is missing or stale, Cintra flags the gap for review rather than inventing a number.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It gets caught before it matters. Every line carries source evidence, low-confidence items are flagged explicitly, margin floors are enforced by rule (not by the model), and nothing is sent to a customer without a human approval. The failure mode is a flagged line in review, not a bad quote in a customer's inbox.
How long does it take to get started?
Start with one workflow. Send us a recently completed bid or quote with its source files; we recreate it in Cintra so you can compare our output against what your team actually sent. From there, going live is a matter of connecting your price sources and setting your rules, not months of implementation.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Your pricing, supplier terms, and documents are yours. They're used to produce your bids and quotes, never to train models shared with anyone else.
Who is Cintra for, and who is it not for?
It's for teams where bid and quote volume outruns estimating capacity: distributors, manufacturers, contractors, government suppliers, service companies, and logistics providers. If you send a handful of simple quotes a month, you probably don't need it yet.
10 · Start
Send us a bid or quote request.
Free, and it takes one email. You see Cintra working on your documents, your pricing, and your formats, not a canned demo. Two good ways to start:
Send the one on your desk right now. We'll return a priced, submission-ready draft while your deadline is still ahead of you.
Or send one you already finished, along with its source files. We'll rebuild it so you can compare our output to what you actually sent, line by line.
